| If a customer decide not to accept the artwork, the remaining balance will not be collected and the non-refundable retainer portion will not be returned to cover my time and materials.In a situation where the client is not satisfied with the artwork, the piece remains the artist's property and can be used in portfolio, website or sold to someone else . |

| Prices for commision work are determined individually with each request and vary based upon thoughts, ideas,size, medium used, cost of material plus estimated time involved. Original Artwork is custom made and will be a unique personalized piece to cherish and enjoy for a lifetime. |
| When commisioned for a special request, I will gather as much information as I can about the exact size, colors, shape or position of the subject,etc..Then draw and present a small "brouillon" or sketch to the customer to make sure that our thoughts and talks are going in the same direction.(Free of charge) Usually, with pictures and a detailed written description it is possible to obtain the desired results, keeping in mind that it will still be an "artist rendition". |
