Team work and patience got them this beauty Mahi caught in 800 feet of blue water on a somewhat organized weed line, 20 miles due South of Summerland Key. Scroll down for more pictures.
Unfortunately it did not work, we had to bring the poor thing to
the Conch Republic Restaurant in Key West to have it cook 3 ways:
Grilled, Blackened and Fried. Tasty!
