Our May, 2000 Cruise of the Society Islands

This place is on the island of Tahiti, and is called The Blowhole.
The waves crash into the rocks, and a few seconds later, a blast of cold, dry air comes gushing out of rocks about 30 feet away.

Next day, on Huahine, we rented this car, with this gas cap

A beautiful rainbow over the island of Raiatea as we pull in to the dock

People have fresh French bread delivered to their house in these bread boxes

They call these little islands motus. This one is smaller than most.

Next day, we went on a snorkeling trip, and stopped on this motu
