A lengthy discussion followed.

Fr. Houlihan led a discussion on the Summer Reading Series and the interest to insure that the books selected reflect or reinforce the mission of the school. Mr. Michalski gave an overview of the program and invited the members of the Committee to submit books for consideration and reported that this year-in conjunction with our North Central evaluation-the focus of the book selected will deal with diversity.

Mr. Sciuto discussed the Ignatian Mission and Identity Web Page and resources linked to the page and opened a discussion about the new SLUH web site and how our Jesuit mission and identity is and can continue to be reflected in it. A lengthy discussion followed.

In Mr. Stewart's absence, Fr. Houlihan and Mr. Laughlin discussed the Chapel Renovation program and process.

In other business, Fr. Houlihan requested discussion topics for the future for the committee.
