DESCRIPTION:
Willoughby is a small hamlet/village on the Eastern border of Warwickshire. It is less than a mile from the border with Northamptonshire.
Census returns suggest that almost all of the village are employed as Agricultural Labourers or Farmers. It has therefore probably always been a village based around agriculture. By 1890 the village had 302 inhabitants. There is a Parish Church in Willoughby where many of my ancestors were christened, married and buried.
