SPEAR ELCS (Equipment Load Carrying Subsystem):
Basic Vest/ Harness

ELCS has 4 platform components:
1/ Belt Assembly,
2/ Shoulder Pad Assembly,
3/ H-Harness Panel Set and
4/ Load Bearing Panel Set.

All have PALS attachment points for gear pouches, canteens, or other accessories.

And they can be configured into 4 different ways dependant upon the mission requirements and user preferences.
