Constitutional Loya Jerga is in its half period of selected days. The

ten committees have started their work Wednesday morning. More than 100

delegates linked to HEZB JAMIAT-E ISLAMI AFGHANISTAN warned the assemble in

order to not specify kinds of ORDER (NEEZAM) before starting work in committee

they would not participate in the rest of meetings. These delegates,

despite of presence of their leader Burhanuddin Rabani gives threaten and

did not participate in Wednesday afternoon session. More than half of

Rabani’s partial did not take part.

Objection to Malalai

It has been reported that on Wednesday night a huge number of

Mujahidden whom got angry on Malalai’s sentence was gather in front of female’s

bed room in Polytechnic.

They object on what Malalai has said. They motto and said (Death to

Communists )

Defense for Malalai

Women delegates in the press conference in Continental Hotel declare

their support from Malalai. Dr.Nadira representative of Balkh province

and said that women did not stay quiet against Malalai’s threaten. It was

women resistance that assembly could not be able to take her out of the

tent.

Bravery Medal to Malalai

Co-ordination committee of Afghans cultural association located in

Europe yesterday held session and investigate over last changes of loya

jerga. This committee declare its support from Ms. Joya and provided her

with Golden Medal as a brave afghan female delegate in the loya jerga.

United Nation office declares its support from Malalai’s too. This

office has taken the responsibility for save guard of Mrs. Joya. This

decision has been taken while protest happened near her bedroom in

Polytechnic.

Minster of interior in his meeting with journalist said that if Mrs.

Malalai Joya needs security protection we are ready to provide her

security protection with our police team.

Malalai is delegate from Farah and her family are living in Farah province.
