Quick help

Keyboard functions:
s = Shuffle
Home = Core Up
End = Core Down
Insert = Top Anticlockwise
PgUp = Top Clockwise
Delete=Bottom Anticlockwise
PgDown=Bottom Clockwise

Mouse functions:
Right button drag anywhere to move the whole barrel
Left button drag on the background will also move the whole barrel.
Left button drag on a ball will make a move as follows: Vertical flick: move core up or down
Horizontal flick: rotate the top or bottom ring.

Overview: Here is what the real puzzle looks like. It has three movements:

  • You can move the black section up and down which moves three columns of balls up or down by one position. The three holes in the top indicate which three columns.
  • You can twist the upper-middle ring either way (in the pic this is the ring with the red and blue balls)
  • You can twist the lower-middle ring either way (in the pic this is the ring with the yellow and red balls)
The puzzle is solved when the three black balls are in the top (or bottom) positions and the other balls are sorted into columns each of a different colour.  This page refreshes to a solved position
