Are you good at drawing cartoons?
If so send your cartoon pictures to theowner2002@icqmail.com Your pictures could be on my site.
People can vote for the best pictures.

The rules:

All pictures MUST be your own work.
They can be in colour or black/white.
Drawing can be done on the computer or freehand.
If done in freehand, please scan the pictures on to you computer.
The pictures MUST be done in JIF or JPG.
Put the pictures in winzip.
I am sorry I will not accept pornographic images on my site.
