Steps to Join

1) Copy the two graphics below.
2) Fill out the form below to register your site and write down the Site ID you will receive via return E-Mail. Remember your password!
3) The ring HTML code that make the webring box will be emailed to you. Add that code to your index or webing page.
4) This will put your page in the Rainbow Friends Ring Queue where it will remain until you are added to the ring. You must join the ring within 14 days. At that time, any sites not in the ring will be removed from the Queue.

By law, we cannot collect personal information on anyone under the age of 13. Because of this we do not allow anyone 13 or under to Join a RingSurf Net Ring, or become a Ringmaster, and thus we are forced to ask you to specify your birthdate. If you are under the age of 14, you may not become a member of RingSurf. You may use the Ring Directory and use any existing ring, you just may not start a new ring, or add your website to an existing ring.
