THE CUBAN AFFAIR by Louise

As the band landed in Havana James felt a real cense of excitement, something he hadn't felt in quite a while. This gig was a challenge they hadn't faced since the earlier '90s. They were playing to an audience that didn't know them or very little of their music. It could all go terribly wrong, that was part of the thrill.

The band were met at the airport and led to their hotel where they freshened up before going down for a few drinks and meeting the people who were looking after them.

The itinerary was set up for the next few days, tomorrow they were to be interviewed on Cuban radio then were to meet Nicky's hero, Fidel Castro. The following day was a sound check then free time till the next evening when the gig was being played to young school and college kids hungry for Western rock music.

After a restless night, James and Nicky went off to do the radio interview while Sean went shopping, he hated doing the PR stuff and James and Nicky were quite used to this by now.

They all met up for lunch before being ushered to a military building to meet Castro.
Nicky was so excited, his fingers playing with his hair, twirling the long strands through his fingers. Sean sat in the corner playing  with his new hand held computer game and James stood chatting to the camera crew, who were there to film a DVD about the trip.

Nicky was the first to notice Castro enter the room, amazed that the man was even taller than him! All James saw was the beautiful woman who walked slightly behind Castro. She was medium height, with long blonde hair and the most amazing green/brown eyes. Those very eyes that at that moment were looking straight into James's, he was totally mesmerised by them. The moment was broken when a hand was being thrust into his with the introduction of Fidel Castro. James said his hellos and was drawn straight back to the beautiful young woman in front of him.

Castro only spoke in Spanish and the blonde woman translated.
"Good afternoon, My name is Eloise, I am Fidel Castro's translator and also his wife." She was looking a James the whole time, her eyes penetrating his very soul. He was trying desperately to drag his gaze away, swallowing hard against the ball of emotion, he had never been so attracted to someone especially in such a short time and felt that it was requited.

Castro started speaking and Eloise translated. The whole meeting took about an hour, by the end of it James was totally in love. He was delighted when the band were asked to join Castro and Eloise for dinner that evening and readily agreed without even consulting Nicky or Sean who, luckily seemed just as thrilled.

That evening James, Nicky and Sean turned up at the grand home of the Castro's. They entered the dining area and were led to their seats by smartly dressed men in uniform. There were other people at the large rosewood table, already seated and drinking wine from the various bottles dotted around the table.
Nicky and Sean were seated next to each other and James was seated opposite Nicky, the seat next to him empty.

When Castro and Eloise entered the room everybody stood. Castro sat at the top of the table, Eloise taking the seat next to James. She smiled at him. James smiled back, he badly wanted to reach out and trace the soft skin of her throat, but he knew that if he gave in to temptation he wouldn't be able to stop himself from taking her in his arms and kissing every delicious inch of her. His body was so close, but not quite touching hers, every nerve ending was agonisingly aware of her. She started to talk to him, at first his mind went blank, and then he rallied.

They talked for most of the evening, occasionally responding to the other people in the room. James was amazed at how easy Eloise was to talk to, he found himself telling her his inner most secrets and she in return. James found out how Eloise had American parents who had fled to Cuba after the persecution of Communists in America. She had been born here and had learned to speak Spanish as her first language and English from her parents. Being bilingual she had come to Havana looking for work with the government and had caught the eye of Castro. She had worked for him for a year before he had made her a proposition. He has recently lost his wife and was looking for a new one, he didn't have time for romancing but had very much liked Eloise. He had told her that he would offer her a good life with money for her family, and as he was of an age were sex was a rarity, he wouldn't bother her too much in that department.!

The end of the night came all to soon for both James and Eloise. She asked him what his plans were for the next day. He told her about the sound checking then having free time for the rest of the day.
"Fidel is away tomorrow,  if you'd like I could show you some of the sites of Havana, the non tourist places. I'm sure Fidel will be ok with that. He so wants you to have a good impression of his country...Nicky and Sean could come as well!" Said Eloise, her eyes looking deeply into James's.
"Yeh, that would, you know, kinda like, be brilliant" James stammered, his face slightly hot with anticipation, a whole day with this beautiful creature, his heart thumped within his chest.
Eloise said she would arrange it and call their hotel in the morning.

Castro stood up. It was time for Eloise to leave.
"Till tomorrow then," she said and then she was gone.

The next day.

James was waiting in the foyer when Eloise's car pulled up. He was surprised she was alone, he had thought she would have had body guards and a driver. She was dressed in a simple sun dress with a scarf wound attractively around her head and sunglasses. She looked just like the movie stars of the fifty's, she looked stunning.
James got into the car, he explained that, unfortunately, Nicky had an upset stomach and Sean had been offered a trip around the city in an old Corvette, hence the reason they weren't there.

Eloise just smiled and pulled away, the warm air blowing in their faces as they drove out of the forecourt.
The first place Eloise took James was a tourist place, it was Che Guevara's monument. After that they went to parts of the city tourist wouldn't have known or cared to go to. After a while they went to a small cafe where a man that Eloise knew, was playing his guitar. James was fascinated with him. They sat watching him play. He didn't speak English so Eloise translated. James said how much he admired his playing. Eloise told him in Spanish, he replied that James was still a young man, he had plenty of time to get better and that he had played as bad as James had when he was his age!!!
Eloise had laughed so hard, her mouth temptingly open, her teeth so white and straight. James had trouble taking his eyes off her, she was lovely.

After lunch they had gone to a bar where there was Spanish dancing. The Tango being danced so erotically  that James was mesmerised by it. Eloise took his hand and led him to the dance floor. They held each other close, caressing each others bodies with the rhythm of the music. The dance was passionate and by the end of it both James and Eloise were breathless. Eloise brushed James's ear with her lips, her warm breath, sweet.
"I want you to make love to me," she gently kissed his cheek. " We can have a room for a few hours."

James was so excited, he thought he'd burst. The thought of this beautiful woman, naked, ready for him to love her. That, mixed with the danger of making love to the President of Cuba's wife. He kissed her mouth tenderly, looked at her and smiled his most lovely James Dean Bradfield smile.

They mounted the stairs, kissing as they went up. They couldn't keep their hands off each other. They entered the room, it was small, the bed was by the window, the mosquito net blowing gently in the afternoon heat. James and Eloise fell onto the bed tearing off each others clothes, their bodies glowing with sweat. Eloise welcomed the taut strength of James's hands gripping her arms with a surge of savage pleasure that was reflected in her eyes. Gently, his mouth touching butterfly-light kisses against her eyelids until they closed, and the ensuing darkness abandoned her to a sea of sensation.

"Eloise, Eloise, I want you so much,"  She heard James mutter urgently. His kisses easing down her body. The intimate exploration of his mouth was a penetration that left her weak with need, wildly impatient to touch him as intimately as he was touching her. She reached almost blindly for his body, sighing her satisfaction as her hands found his huge erection. She, gently kissed the tip of it, brushing him with her lips, her tongue playing with him, she then put the whole of his penis into her mouth, she heard James gasp as she sucked, slowly at first, savouring the taste of him. James felt he was going to explode. He pulled out of her mouth and lent down to kiss her, the taste of him still on her lips. He then lowered his head to suck on her breasts, now his tongue circled lazily round one breast in ever-decreasing circles, the small sound that left her lips, an aching, melting sensation spreading through her.

"Kiss me James," Eloise demanded. James looked into her eyes, he kissed her, the passion rising to the brim, James then thrust into her, she was ready for him, her legs wrapping around his body, voluptuously they made love, savouring every stroke, every moan, unhurried, as if they had all their lives. They did not seem like a couple of lovers in a hasty clandestine meeting.

Eloise's soft, smooth body shivered, her head turning from side to side in the desperation of her pleasure. James and Eloise climaxed at the same moment, James calling out her name as they became one person; wanting the sweet pleasure of feeling himself lose himself completely in her.

It was all that and more, a climactic surge of pleasure that took him with her, their bodies melting together, time suspended as normality gradually reasserted itself. For a while they lay in each others arms. Then, reluctantly, they dressed. Not speaking but feeling the sadness, knowing that this would never happen again.

Eloise drove James back to his hotel, it was dusk and the bright stars were shining in the indigo sky. They couldn't kiss, all they could do was shake hands, holding them just a little longer than they should. Tears were in Eloise's eyes as she turned from James, she got into the car and drove away. James watched her go with a heavy heart. He knew he'd see her again at the gig tomorrow, but knew he'd never hold her again. With a deep sigh, he walked into his hotel and reality.

The end.
