Astrologically, Lucubratio seems to have to do with that—burning the midnight oil; or insomnia (losing sleep).
Bill Clinton, who put in long hours while president and while governor of Arkansas and had many people irrational over tabloid rumors spread about his life and work, has Lucubratio in the third house, semisquare Jupiter (the law), trine Mercury (ideas), and opposite Phaethon (losing control).
His successor, George W.
