This tutorial was done in PSP XI
but can also be made in any other version.

Supplies here : Tubes are from Filly, Marcia en Chantal.
Save the font in your fonts folder.

Filters: Greg's Factory Output II

Foreground color: #29385F
Background color #778DA9.

1. Open a new canvas, size 600x450 - foreground color.
    

2. Open the 'ThroneofGod'-tube (don't change the format!)
   Copy and paste and drag it to the rigth side.
    

3. Duplicate this layer in your Layers palette.
   Drag it to the left, as seen below:
                        
    

4. Don't worry about the edge showing. The lady will be postioned
   over it later on :-))
    

5. Open the man- tube.
   Apply the 20-20 mask on it.
   Merge the group.
    

6. Resize to 380 px in height.
   Copy and paste onto the canvas.
   Drag to the right.
    

7. Open the horse-tube.
   Paste it onto the canvas.
   Drag it into position.
   Change the opacity of the layer to 50%.
    

8. Merge all layers visible.
    

9. Resize to 500 x 375px.
    

10. Add a 1px border in the foreground color.
     

11. Add a 60px border in the background color.
    Select with your Magic Wand.
    Fill with the foreground color.
     

12. Effects --> Filter Greg's Factory Output Vol II --> Poolshadow:
    all slidebars on 50 except the bottom one on 128.
     

13. Selections --> Invert.
     

14. Effects --> 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow: 2  2  70  15,00.
    Repeat with: -2  -2  70  15,00.
     

15. Deselect.
     

16. Add a 3px  border in the background color.
    Select with the Magic Wand.
     

17. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:
                         
     

18. Deselect.
     

19. Open the lady-tube. You can choose which tube you would like to use. The size should be 480 px in height.
     

20. Copy and paste onto the canvas and drag somewhat to the left.
     

21. Effects --> 3D Effects -- drop shadow: 2  2  70  15,00.
    Repeat with -2  -2  70  15,00.
    Sharpen 1x.
     

22. Add your text in the 'Decollection'- font, size 48 pixels.
     

23. Position it where you like it.
    Apply a drop shadow:  2  2  70  5,00.
    Repeat with: -2  -2  70  5,00.
    Sharpen 1 or 2x.
     

24.  Open the corner.
    Copy and paste onto the canvas.
    Move into the top left corner.
    Sharpen  1x.
     

25. Duplicate this layer in the Layers palette.
    Image -- Flip.
    Image - Mirror.
     

26. Effects --> 3D Effects -- > Drop shadow: -2  -2  70  5,00.
     

27. Activate the layer of the top left corner in the Layers palette.
    Apply a drop shadow: 2  2  70  5,00.
     

28. Merge all layers.

You need 2 additional background tiles for the script.
You also have to fill in your image 2x in the script.
