Jeanette's original Dutch tutorial

Supplies here, Tubes and images are from Filly and Jeanette.
Don't open the butterfly in PSP.
You will need it for the script.

 

Filters: MuRa Meister Copies

Foreground color on #AE428B,
background on black.
Change the foreground on gradient
with these settings:

1. Open a new transparant canvas, 650x450 and fill with the gradient.
    

2. Effects --> Texture Effects --> Glass Mosaic::
               

3. Add a new layer and fill with the gradient.
   Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50% in your Layers palette.
   Merge layers visible.
    

4. Open the 'Filly 1373'- tube.
   Resize to 450 px in height.
   Copy and paste onto the canvas.
   Shift it about 1 cm to the left.
    

5. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 20% in your Layers palette.
    

6. Open the 'Filly 1374'- tube.
   Resize to 300 px in height.
   Image --> Mirror.
   Add a new layer. Fill with the gradient.
   Repeat step 2. Drag the tube layer to the top in your Layers palette.
   Merge all layers.
    

7. Add a 1px black border;
   5 px border in the foreground color.
   Select with your Magic Wand and fill with the gradient.
   Add a 1 px black border.
    

8. Copy and paste onto your canvas.
    

9. Apply a drop shadow: 2  2  70  5,00.
   Repeat with  -2  -2  70  5,00.
    

10. Effects --> Mura Meister Copies.
    Apply with these settings:       
     

11. Shift the image to the top right as seen below:       
    
                   
     

12. Open 'randje-2'. Copy and paste and drag to the bottom.
     

13. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow: -2&nbbsp; -2  70  5,00.
     

14. Sharpen 1x.
     

15. Merge all layers visible.
     

16. Add a 1px black border.
    Add a 15px foreground color.
     

17. Select the wide edge with your Magic Wand.
    Add a new layer.
    Fill with the gradient.
    Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50% in your Layers palette.
     

18. Deselect. Merge all layers.
     

19. Open the 'corner.pspimage'. Copy and paste onto the canvas.
    Shift to the top edge.
     

20. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop shadow:2 p; 2  70  5,00.
     

21. Paste the corner in the bottom as well.
    Apply a drop shadow:  -2  -2  70  5,00.
     

22. Paste it once more.
    Image --> Rotate --> Free Rotate --> 90 degrees to the left.
     

23. Shift the edge to the left sideborder.
    Apply a drop shadow: -2  2  70  5,00.
     

24. Duplicate this layer in your Layers palette.
    Shift it to the right.
    Apply a drop shadow: 4  -2  70  5,00.
     

25. Merge all layers visible.
     

26. Open the 'Filly 1375'- tube.
    Copy and paste onto the canvas.
    Drag it to the left as seen below:
    
     

27. Erase the part of the image that is overlapping the edge with your Eraser Tool.
     

28. Apply a drop shadow: 2  2  70  15,00.
    Repeat with: -2  -2  70  15,00.
     

29. Sharpen 1x.
     

30. Merge all layers.
     

31. Add a 2px black border.
     

You need an additional 2 background tiles if
you want to use the script.
