Open
the flower tube. Remove the watermark layer.
Sharpen 1x.

Add a
new raster layer and fill with the gradient.
Sharpen 3x.

Duplicate this layer in your Layers palette.

Image
--> Mirror. Image --> Flip.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50% in your Layers palette.

Lock
the flower layer in the Layers palette.
-
Activate one of the other layers ( highlight in blue)
Merge all layers visible. Sharpen 1x.

Unlock the flower layer and drag this layer to the top
in the Layers palette so that the flower is visible again.

Merge
all layers visible.
-
Resize to 325 px wide: 'Lock Aspect Ratio' should be checked.

Add a
1px black border.
-
Duplicate this image and minimize.
-
Add a 35px
border in the foreground color.
Select with the Magic Wand.

Effects
--> Filter Greg's Factory II --> Pooolshadow with all
settings on 50, except for the last one on 128.

Effects
--> DSB Flux Linear Transmission.
Apply with these settings:

Deselect.
-
Activate the minimized image.
Copy and paste another 2x onto your canvas and drag them a bit do that the edge
are still visible.

Merge
all layers.
-
Add
borders:
3 px black;
3px foreground color.

Open
a new canvas, size 630x 450, foreground color.

Effects
--> Filter Greg's Factory Pool Shadow - same as in step 13.

Copy
your image and paste onto this canvas.

Effects
--> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow:2&nbbsp; 2 70 15,00.
Repeat with -2 -2 70 15,00.

Effects
--> Filter Mura Meister Copies.
Apply with these settings:

Drag
the flower layer to the right edge.

Open
the lady tube. Remove the watermark.

Resize to 450 px high.
Copy and paste onto the canvas. Drag it to fit against the left edge.

Position the flower where it should be. Drag the flower layer to the top in the
Layers palette.

Merge
all layers.
-
Activate your Selection Tool - Free Hand - Point to point.
Select the part of the hat as illustrated below:

Sharpen once or twice, depending in your own preferance.

Copy
and paste as a new layer. Drag it below the flower.
Deselect.

Activate the Eraser tool. Erase the part that is overlapping the edge, as seen
above.

Merge
all layers and deselect.
-
Add a
1 px white border.
Fill with the silver pattern. Deselect.

A a 7
px black border.
-
Repeat step 34.

Add
your text.
