Open
a new canvas, size 600x450, color black - which will become the background.
Minimize for now.

Open
a new transparent canvas, size 550x400 and fill with the gradient.

Add a
2 px black border. Select with your Magic Wand and fill with the foreground
color.

Effects
--> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel, witth these settings:

Deselect.

Copy
this image and paste it onto the black background.
Merge all layers.

Open
a new transparent canvas, size 300x200, and fill with the gradient.

Repeat steps 3 to 5.

Draw
a rectangle with your Selection tool as demonstrated below:

Selections --> Modify --> Select Selections Border: 'Inside' and 'Anti-alias
should be checked; width = 1.

Add a
new layer and fill with the gradient.

Duplicate this layer in your Layers palette and drag it somewhat to the bottom
right. Merge layers. Deselect.

Copy
this image and paste it onto the background image.
Below is an example.
Apply a drop shadow: 2 2 70 15,00.

Duplicate this layer in your Layers palette.

Image
--> Mirror. Drag it to the bottom righht.

Open
a new transparent image, size 400x100, and fill with the gradient.

Change the repeats - setting of the gradient now to 5.
-
Add a
5 px black border, select and fill with the gradient.
Deselect.

Add a
2 px black border.
-
Copy
this image and paste onto the background canvas.

Go
back to the image.
Image --> Rotate --> 90% to the right.

Copy
and paste onto the background canvas.
-
Change the gradient Repeat setting back to '0' as in the beginning of the
tutorial.
Open a new transparent image, size 100x300, and fill with the gradient.

Add a
2px border in the foreground color. Select with the Magic Wand.

Repeat the same Inner Bevel effect as in step 4.
-
Arrange the layers in the Layers palette so that the canvas looks the same as
the example tag.

Merge
all visible layers.
-
Open
the metallic Lady tube. Copy and pste onto the canvas.

Apply
a drop shadow: 2 2 70 5,00.
-
Add a
2 px border in the foreground color. Select the border and repeat the same inner
bevel effect as in step 4.

The
tag is now finished, but you will need to do the rest of the tutorial if you
want to use the script.

You
need an image for the side bars, as well as a silver pattern.

You
can use the tube, resize it to 380 px in height.

Open
a new canvas, size 335x380 (in your own color, but black was used for Jeanette's
script example. Paste the reduced tube image onto it and merge all layers.
