Open
an new transparent canvas, size 600x450 and fill with the gradient.

Effects
--> Edge Effects --> Enhance More.<

Effects
--> Reflection Effects --> Kaleidosscope.
Apply with these settings:

Sharpen 1x.

Open
the lady tube. Resize to 500 in height: 'Aspect Ratio' should be checked.

Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Colorize ( or Ctrl +L): 150-26.

Image
--> Mirror.
-
Copy
and paste onto the background canvas and drag to the left.
-
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 28% in your Layers palette.
-
Merge
all visible layers.
-
Open
a new canvas, size 450x450.
-
Repeat step 2 to 4.
-
Activate the lady tube again. Mirror it again.
Copy and paste onto the small canvas. Sharpen 1x.
-
Merge
all layers.
-
Add
borders:
1 px white;
1 px blue;
1 px white.
-
Select the blue border with your Magic Wand and fill with the gradient.
-
Effects --> Edge Effects --> Sharpen More. Deselect.
-
Resize to 300 px in height. Sharpen 2x.
-
Copy
the image and paste it onto the bigger image.
-
Image
--> Rotate --> Free Rotate --> 445 degrees to the right.
-
Drag
it to the right side of the canvas.
-
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow: 2 2 60 15,00.
Repeat with
-2 -2 60 15,00.
-
Go
back to the image and resize to 125 px in height. Sharpen 1x.

Copy
and paste onto the canvas.

Open
the small image again. Image --> Mirror.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.

Drag
the two small image- layers below the bigger image in the Layers palette.
Sharpen 1x.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 32%.

Open
the bunny tube. Copy and paste onto the canvas. Drag it to the bottom right
corner.

Merge
all visible layers.
-
Repeat the same borders as in step 15 to 17.
-
Add
your text in a font of your choice. Deselect.
You need 2 additional backgrounds if you want to use the
script.
