MATERIALS NEEDED:
Supplies here.
Save the pattern in your PSP Patterns folder.

Change your foreground color to #C8D1C0,
background to black.
 

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 600x600px.
 

2. Add a new raster layer.
Draw a narrow rectangle ( bar) with your Selection Tool
across the entire image from left to right at the top.
 

3. Add a new raster layer and fill it with black.
Deselect.
 

4. Duplicate this layer 2x in your Layers palette.
Drag the duplicate bars to 200 and 400 on the ruler

 

5. Activate the top bar.
Image -- Rotate -- Free Rotate 90 degrees to the left.
Drag it down to 200.
 

6. Duplicate this layer in your Layers palette.
and drag it down to 400.
Here is the example ( image reduced)

7.  Selections -- Select All.
Selections -- Modify -- Contract by 20.
Fill with black.
Deselect.

 Merge all layers visible.
 

8. Click with your Magic Wand in the black bars.
Fill it with a pattern.

9. Effects -- 3D Effects -- Inner Bevel.
Apply with these settings:

10. Deselect.
 

11. Activate your 'Perspective Correction Tool
(the bottom hand)

 

12. Hold your Shift-key down.
Draw out the top left corner with your mouse.
Do the same with the bottom left corner.
See example:

13. Now click on the '√' ( check mark) in the top toolbar to apply it to the image.

14. Resize to 400px high: 'Retain Apect Ratio' should be checked.

15. Open a new transparent canvas, size 500x500px.
Fill with the foreground color.
 

16. Open the Sarah Moon - tube.
Copy and paste onto the background.
 

17. Copy your framework and paste it onto the canvas.
Adjust it so that the lady is shown nicely through it.

18. Erase everything in the image that doesn't belong there,
especially outside the frame.

19. Activate the frame - layer in your Layers palette.
Apply a drop shadow:  2  2  70  15,00,.
Repeat with the settings on  -2  -2  70  15,00.
Merge all layers visible.

20. Click with your Magic Wand outside the frame.
Selections -- Invert.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
 

21. Duplicate this image and mirror it.
Position it nicely next to each other.
Merge layers visible.
 

22. Open a new transparent canvas, size 800x500.
Fill with the pattern.
 

23. Copy and paste the frame-image onto the canvas.

24. Merge all layers.

25. Add a border: 'Symmetric' should not be checked:
Top and bottom = 10;
Left and Right = 0.
Color = black.
 

26. Select this border with your Magic Wand ,with your Shift key pressed down.
Fill it with the pattern.

27. Repeat the same drop shadow as in step 20.
 

28. Open the flower tube.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.
Position it in the center.
Apply drop shadow: 1  1  50  5,00

29. Merge all layers.
 

30. Resize the image to  759 wide - 450 high.

The tag is finished.
 

You will need an additional background ( use the pattern if you like)
for the script.
