MATERIALS NEEDED:
Supplies here.
 The beautiful tube was made by JCW;
Jeanette provided the photo.

Filters: None.

Change your foreground color to #61768A,
Background to #FFFFFF
 

1. Open the photo.
 

2. Open the heron tube.
Copy and paste onto the photo.
Position it at the bottom.
Sharpen 1x.
Merge layers visible.
 

3. Add a 1px white border.
 

4. Add a 20px border in your foreground color.
Select with your Magic Wand.
 

5. Effects -- Texture Effects -- Straw Wall.
Apply with these settings:

6. Effects -- 3D Effects -- Inner Bevel.
Apply with these settings:

7. Deselect.
Add borders:
 1px white;
 1px blue;
1px white.

8. Add a 6px blue border.
Select with your Magic Wand.
Repeat step 6.
Deselect.
 

9. Add borders:
 1px white;
 1px blue;
1px white.

10. Repeat steps  4 to 7.

11. Resize to 600px wide: 'Retain Aspect Ratio'should be checked.
Sharpen 1x.

The tag is finished.

You will need an additional 3 backgrounds
if you want to use the script.
