MATERIALS
NEEDED:
Download
Jeanette' s supplies

The beautiful
tube is from Crystal;
the photo and
flower are Jeanette' s own.
Filters:
Unlimited.

METHOD:
Change your
foreground color to #E9DFD6,
your background
to black.
1. Open a new
transparent canvas, size 600x450 pixels,
and fill with
your foreground color.
2. Go to Effects
- Filter Effects - Filter Unlimited - p; Paper Textures Canvas Medium with the
slidebars on 37 37.
3. Open the
photo.
Apply your 20-20
mask to it,
delete the mask
layer in your Layers palette and
reply ' yes' to
the pop-up question.
Copy and paste
onto your canvas.
4. Open the image
of the couple.
Remove the
watermak-layer.
Apply the 20-20
mask to it as before.
Sharpen once.
Copy and paste
onto your canvas.
Drag it to the
right.
Merge layers
visible.
5. Open open the
flower tube.
Go to Effects -
Hue and Saturation - Colorize.
Apply with the
settings on 25 and 80.
Sharpen once.
Copy and paste as
a new layer onto your canvas.
Drag it into
position.
Merge layers
visible.
6. Add a 1 pixel
black border.
7. Add a 10px
border in your foreground color.
Select this
border with your Magic Wand and apply
the same Filters
Unlimited effect as in step 2.
Keep selected.
8. Go to Effects
- 3D Effects - Inner Bevel
and apply with
these settings:

9. Deselect.
Add a 1 pixel
black border.
10. Activate your
Text tool.
Find the
BickhamScriptFancy2 font - size 60, width 1.
Change your
foreground color to a gold pattern and your
background color
to black.
Type '
Rendez-vous'.
11. Go to Effects
- 3D Effects - Drop Shadow,
with the settings
on 3 3 70 15,00.
Repeat 1x but
this time V & H should be on minus 3.
Sharpen.
Deselect.
12. Resize the
image to 624x474 pixels.
Your tag is
finished :)
If you want to
use Jeanette' s script
you will need
another background.
The darting stars
are in the zip file.
You should not
open it in PSP.
Just save to a
folder of your choice.
Scroll down in
the script to the bottom to find
the location
where you must add it.
Download the empty script.
