MATERIALS
NEEDED:
Download the supplies
here.
The 'roderoos' - rose(tubed by Nightangel)
is a *gif image and should not be opened in PSP.
Save the font in your own Fonts Folder.
Open the 'Theodore' font where you have stored it
and minimize it to the bottom taskbar.
Save the silver pattern in your PSP Patterns folder,
or open it in PSP.
No filters needed.

Change your foreground to #602832
background to #DFD7D9.
1. Open a new transparent image, size 600x450px.
Floodfill with the background color.
2. Effects -- Texture Effects -- Blinds:
Width = 3
Opacity = 50
Color = white
Horizontal = clicked
Light from left/top = checked

3. Open the flower tube.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.
Drag it to the right.
Sharpen 1x.
4. Open the lady tube.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 42% in your Layers palette.
Merge all layers visible.
5. Add a new raster layer.
Lock the foreground color.
Change the background color to the silver pattern
(included in the zip)
6. Activate the Letter tool and find the 'Theodore' font.
Change the font size to 125, 'I' (Italic)
Type "Love"
and drag it to the top.
Deselect (Ctrl+D)
7. Add a new raster layer.
Type "Letters"
and drag it to the lower left.
Deselect.
8. Unlock the foreground color.
Change the font size to 72
deselect 'I'(Italic)
Type "Love"
and position it to the upper right of the canvas.
Effects -- 3D Effecrs -- Drop Shadow:
3 3 70 5,00
Sharpen 1x.
Deselect.
9. Add a new raster layer.
Now type "Letters" again, the same as in step 8,
but position it at the lower left of the canvas.
Deselect and merge all layers.
10. Add a 1px border in the foreground color.
Add a 3px border in the background color.
Add a 1px border in the foreground color.
The tag is finished.
You will need an additional two backgrounds
if you want to use the script.
