Import the brush to your PSP brushes.

Change your foreground to  #765f8c,

background to white.
***

 

1. Open a new transparent image, size 400x400

and fill with the foreground color.

 

2. Activate your Brush tool and find the bubble brush,

Position it exactly on your background and

apply 2x by right-clicking with your mouse on the canvas.

 

3. Use your Eraser tool, size 50, hardness 50, and erase the

text on this layer. Work from the outside in.

 

4. Resize to 450x400.

 

5. Open the dancers tube,

resize 50%, duplicate with Shift+D, and

minimize for now.

 

6. Copy and paste the original onto the canvas.

Position it at the top.

Sharpen 1x.

 

7. Click on your background layer in your Layers Palette.

Activate your Eraser Tool again and erase the balls

below the dancers. Erase from bottom up.

 

8. Open the minimized copy of the tube again.

Image -- Flip.

Copy and Paste onto the canvas, below the dancers.

Position it exactly to look like a reflection.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 40%

in your Layers palette.

 

9. Merge layers visible.

 

10.Lock your foreground.

Activate your text tool.

I used "  Algerian 20".

Position it between the two tube layers, as seen in the example.

 

11. Go to Layers palette and promote the floating layer to a raster layer.

 

12. Duplicate this layer.

Image -- Flip.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 40% again

in your Layers palette.

Merge all layers visible.

13. Set your colors on gradient,

with these settings:

 

 

14. Add a 15 pixel border in black.

Select with your Magic Wand and fill with the gradient.

Keep Selected.

Effects -- 3D Effects -- Inner Bevel,

with these settings:

 

16. Deselect.

Open the corner tube.

Place it neatly in each corner.

**Note from Maggie:

Place the corner graphic in the top left corner where you like it.

Then go to Simple Filters -- Top Left Mirror, and apply.

The other three corners will be automatically positioned on the canvas :-)

Merge All Layers.

 

If you want to use the script, you will have to make

another three background tiles: two for the columns and one background.
