MATERIALS NEEDED:

Download Jeanette' s supplies here.

 Crystal tubed the lady.

Join her group if you want to receive her beautiful tubes daily.


Don't open the ' bella lila.gif' in PSP.

Just save it in a folder of your choice.

( you will need it for the script )

 

Filter: VM Instant Art.

Change your foreground color to #9D9380,

background to #E4D5BA.

 

 

1. Open a new transparent image, size  600x450 pixels,

fill with the background color.

 

2. Add a new raster layer.

Fill with the background color.

 

3. Go to Effects - Filter VM Instant Art: Steel Basket,

and apply with these settings:

 

4. Sharpen 1x.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 18% in your Layers Palette.

Merge layers visible.

Sharpen 2x.

 

5. Open the lady tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Drag her to the bottom left corner.

 

6. Change the colors around.

The foreground must be the light color.

Change to background to a foreground-background gradient,

with these settings:

 

7. Open a new transparent image, size 300x300 pixels and

fill with the gradient.

 

8. Acitvate your Preset Shapes Tool and find the Ellipse,

with these settings:

 

9. Draw a circle on the canvas the same size as Jeanette's example above.

Go to your text tool and choose the Arial Black font, size 14.

 Foreground color should not be locked!!

 

10. Move your mouse over the edge of the circle.

A small ' A' will appear.

Click once with the mouse.

 

11. Now type a few dots until the circle border is filled.

 

12. The border will be selected now.

Delete the bottom raster layer in the Layers Palette.

Only the border will be left.

Sharpen 3x.

 

13. Merge all layers visible.

Click with your Magic Wand in the circle to select it.

Fill with it with the gradient.

Deselect.

 

14. Duplicate this image.

 

15. Open the gentlemen tubes.

Copy and paste them into the circles.

Merge all layers visible.

 

16. Copy the circle and paste it as new layer onto the background canvas.

Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

and apply with these settings: 3  3  70  15,00.

Repeat the drop shadow, but this time with V & H on minus 3.

 

 

17. Repeat step 16 with the other circle.

Merge all layers.

 

18. Add a 1 pixel border in the light color.

Add a 6 pixel border in the dark color.

 

19. Activate your text tool.

Type the dots again to fill the outer edge.

Don't worry if you type too many.

It will disappear over the outside edge.

 

 20. Drag these dots now to the top edge.

Apply the same drop shadow as in step 16.

 

21. Duplicate this layer in your Layers Palette

and drag to the bottom edge.

 

22. Click on this layer again in your Layers Palette.

Duplicate.

Go to Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 180 degrees. Drag it into position.

 

23. Duplicate this layer again and drag it to the other side.

 

24. Add a 1 pixel border in the light color.

 

25. Type your text with the foreground color locked.

Repeat the same drop shadow as in step 16.

 

If you can't manage to make your own circles you can use Jeanette' s

which is supplied in the zip.

However, it's always nice to try and make it first :)

 

If you want to use Jeanette' s script you will need

two additional backgrounds.

NOTE! The  ' bella lila.gif' must be added to the bottom of the script!
