MATERIALs NEEDED:

Border Mania.

Download the filters here

Open all the images in PSP.

Let's do it !! ;-)

1. Open the background picture.

Copy and close the original.

2. Open the cottage tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to
'Luminance(Legacy)' in the Layers palette.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

3. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss with the default settings.

4.Open the lady tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Drag it to the bottom left.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to
'Luminance(Legacy)' in the Layers palette.

5.Open dthe tube of the child.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it at the bottom right of the canvas.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to
'Luminance(Legacy)' in the Layers palette.

6. Merge all layers.

7. Change your foreground color to  #a69584.

8. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- Xero -- Soft Vignette
and apply with these settings:

9.Selections -- Select All .
Selections -- Modify -- Contract by 15px.
 

10. Selections -- Select All .
Selections -- Modify -- Select Selections Border - 3px.
 

11. Fill the selection with your foreground color.

12.Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- Graphics Plus- Cross Shaduw

and apply with the default settings:

13. Selections -- Select None.

14. Add a 5px border in your foreground color.

15. Select the border with your Magic Wand

16.  Repeat the  Graphics Plus -Cross Shadow effect.

17. Selections -- Select None.

18. Open the text tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Drag it to the bottom.

19. Add your watermark.

20. Merge all layers.

21. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects --  Border mania --frame 2

with these settings: 3-4-110-110.

22. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- Fotomatic -- Skygrad

Apply with these settings:148-128-128-148.

23. Reduce the image size to  85 %.

You're finished !!
