There are enough
websites offering filters for download.
So it won't be a
problem for you to find the filters
for Sarah's
tutorials.
This blend
tutorial will depend on the color you
choose with the
Adjust-Variation filter.
Open all the images
in PSP.
1.Open the venetie -
background.
Copy and paste as a
new image.
Close the
original.
2.Open the venetie
tube now.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
Position it against
the upper edge of the canvas.
Reduce the opacity
of this layer to 40%
3. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss with
the default settings.
4. Open the tube of
the Isharimal-women.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
Position it in the
left corner.
See example.
5. Open the other
woman yube..
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
Reduce the opacity
of this layer to 80%.
6. Merge all layers.
7. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss with
the default settings.

Selections -- Select
All.
Selections -- Modify
-- Contract by 20px.
9. Selections --
Invert.
10. Apply Effects --
Texture Effects -- Fine Leather,
with these settings:

3D Effects -- Outer Bevel
with these settings:

Deselect (Ctrl+D)
13. Open the text
tube.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
Position it in the
bottom center part of the canvas.
Change the Blend
Mode to 'Luminance(Legacy)'.
Reduce the opacity
of this layer to 50%
14. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss with
the default settings.
15. Add your
watermark.
16. Merge all
layers.
17. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects --
Adjust -- Variations.
Here you can choose
the color of your image.
Play around with all
the possibilities
until you are happy.
Apply it.
The image will now
colorize itself when you click 'Ok'.

19. Resize the image
to 75%
with 'Resize All
Layers' checked.
Your tag is
finished.
