MATERIALS NEEDED:

Xero.

FM Tile Tools

Download the filters here

This tutorial was written for PSP X.

 

Sarah made all the tubes.

 

Save the brushes in your Brushes folder,

or import them into PSP.

 

Ok, we're ready to begin :)

 

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 600 x 450px.

Flood fill with black.

 

2. Open the fant 03 tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Place it at the bottom center.

 

3. Open the ghgh tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it at the right side.

 

4.Open the couple tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it in the lower left corner.

 

5. Lock the bottom layer in the Layers palette.

Highlight one of the other layers and merge them visible.

Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -

Blend Emboss with the default settings.

 

7. Unlock the bottom layer and activate it ( highlight in blue).

Change your background color to white.

 

8. Apply the Xero Soft Vignette filter effect

with these settings:

 

9. Merge all layers.

Apply the Xero - Porcelain filter effects 2x.

 

11. Selections -- Select All.

Selections -- Modify -- Contract by 3px.

Selections -- Invert.

 

12. Apply Effects -- 3D Effects -- Inner Bevel

with these settings:

 

 

13. Selections -- Invert.

 

14. Effects -- 3D Effects -- Chisel

with these settings:

Size - 3

Solid Color - checked.

 

15. Deselect (Ctrl +D)

 

17.Apply Effects -- Filter Effects --Xero -- Nostalgia

( new freeware filter from Xero)

All settings should be on 0.

 

18. Add a new raster layer.

Activate your Brush tool.

Find the agi dreamers brush.

 

19. Apply it where you like it the most.

 

20. Apply a drop shadow

with these settings:

 1,1,100,1 color white.

 

21. Reduce the image size to 80% with

'Resize all layers' checked.

 

We're finished again :)
