Open all the images in PSP.

1.Open a new transparent image, size 450x450px.

Flood fill with black.

2.Open the birds tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it nicely at the top.

3.Open the Indianman-tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Position it to the right.

4.Open the woman tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Position it to the left.

5. Merge all layers visible.

6. Effects -- Filters Effects -- FM Tile Tools -- Blend Emboss

7. Effects -- Texture Effects -- Texture.

The 'Canvas Simple'- option,

with these settings is applied:

8. Effects -- Filter Effects -- Adjust -- Variations.

Click once on the lighter.

9. Adjust -- Digital Camera Noise Removal - standard.

10.Open the text image.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Position it in the lower center.

11. Merge all layers.

12. Copy the image.

13.Open the pspframe.

Paste your image into the frame as new layer.

Drag the image layer below the frame layer in the Layers palette.

14. Merge all layers.

15. Add a 2 px black border.

Your tag is finished.
