Open all your images in PSP.

1. Open your background image.

Copy (Shift+D) and close the original.

2. Open tube 1.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

3. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -

Blend Emboss with the default settings.

4. Open tube 2.  

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position at the bottom of the canvas.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

The two images must form a circle now.

5. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -

Blend Emboss with the default settings.

6. Open  the snow queen tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it in the bottom right of the canvas.

It's okay if some of the image dissapear over the edge.

See the example.

7. Merge all layers.

8. Selections -- Select All.

Load/Save Selection -- Save the Selection in the Alpha channel.

(It can already be there - just make sure)

9. Deselect ( Ctrl+D)

10. Add a 1px black border.

11. Add a 15px border in color  #d5c7be.

Select with your Magic Wand.

12. Apply Effects -- Texture Effects -- Blinds:  2-28

'light from left/top'checked.

13. Apply Effects -- 3D Effects -- Outer Bevel

with these settings:

14. Deselect (Ctrl+D).

15. Add a 1px black border.

16. Add your watermark.

17. Merge All Layers.

18. PSP X: Adjust -- One Step Noise Removal.

19. Selections -- Load/Save Selections --

Load Selection from Alpha channel.

20. Duplicate this layer twice in your Layers palette.

You must have three layers now.

Lock layer 2 and 3.

21. Highlight (activate) Layer 1 in the Layers palette.

22. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- VDL Adrenaline

with these settings:

 17-0-15-10-0

Randsom seed = 85.

23. Lock layer 1 and 3 in the Layers Palette.

Unlock Layer 2 and highlight (activate) it.

Apply the same filter, but this time the

'Randsome seed'- value must be 1485.

24. Lock layers 1 & 2.

Unlock layer 3 and highlight it.

Repeat the filter effect but this time

the 'Random seed'- value should be 2500.

25. Selections –- select none.

26. Unlock all three layers.

Save the image as a PSP file.

To make sure it will work in Animation Shop

make sure you save it as a PSP 7 compatible file.

You do it like this:

When you open the 'Save As' window, go down

to 'Options' and choose the 'PSP7 compatible' option

before you save.

27. The assumptions is made that you know how

PSP Animation Shop works.

Change the speed to 15.

Open the snow queen image.

28. Resize the animation by

opening this dropdown menu in Animation Shop.

Reduze the size to 75%

The speed can be changed by opening this same

drop-down menu again and click on 'Frame Properties'

as seen above.

29. Save your image as a *.gif file.

Your tag is finished :)
