Xero.

PhotoEffex

(You can also use Richard Rosenmann's Scanlines for the same effect)

Fm tile tools

Border mania

if you want to share them.

We're ready to begin :)

 

1. Open all the images in PSP.

Save the gradient in your PSP Gradient folder.

 

 

2.Open a new transparent canvas, size 550 x 450px.

Flood fill with the gradient provided.

Angle - 90.

Repeats - 0.

 

3. Selections -- Select All.

Selections -- Modify -- Contract by 25px.

 

4. Add a new raster layer.

Flood fill with the gradient.

Keep selected.

 

5. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Xero -- Soft Vignette

with these settings:

( make sure your background color is white

in your Layers palette! )

 

6. Apply a drop shadow with settings:

 1,1,100,1.

Repeat the drop shadow

but change both the V&H values to minus 1.

Keep selected.

 

7.  Selections -- Modify Contract by 25 px.

 

8. Add a new raster layer.

Flood fill with the gradient.

 

9. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- PhotoEffx - Scanlines

with the default settings.

 

10. Repeat the same drop shadow as before.

Deselect ( Ctrl+D).

 

11.  Open the flower tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it to the right of the canvas.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%

in your Layers palette.

Change the Blend Mode to 'Luminance(Legacy)'.

 

12.Open the lady tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it in the lower left corner.

 

 

13. Add a new raster layer.

Apply a nice text to the image.

Merge all layer.

 

14.

Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Bordermania --

Frame 2, with these settings: 4,4,110,110

Add your watermark.

Merge all layers.

 

Your blend tag is finished :)
