The maker of the brush included in this zip file is unknown.

Open the tubes in PSP.

Save the mask in your Masks Folder.

Ok, let's do it once again ! :-)

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 550 x 550px.

You can reduce the size afterwards.

Flood fill with the color #c1cdc1.

2. Layers -- Load/Save Mask

Load Mask from disk.

Find the -Nik-dotted Edgefractal

and apply.

Merge the group layer.

3. Apply a drop shadow

with these settings:

1,1,100,1 color white.

4. Merge all layers.

5. Open the Healehouse - tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Shift to the top.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 45%

in your Layers palette.

Change the Blend Mode to 'Luminance(Legacy)'.

6. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -

Blend Emboss with the default settings.

7. Open the monique-tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Drag it a little bit down to the left.

The images should overflow nicely into each other.

Apply the same Blend Mode as before in your Layers palette.

Reduce the opacity of the layer to 65%.

8. Repeat the same FM Tile Tools- Blend Emboss effects.

9.Open the child tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Blende Mode should be 'Luminance(Legacy)' in the Layers palette.

Position the image in the lower right corner of the canvas.

10. Open the text tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Position it between the two poles at the top of the canvas.

See example.

11. Merge all layers.

12. Selections -- Select All.

Selections -- Modify -- Contract by 18px.

Selections -- Invert.

13. Apply Effects -- 3D Effects -- Chisel

with the settings: 2, color white.

Keep selected.

14. Add a new raster layer.

Flood fill with the color #c1cdc1.

16. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Xero -- Fuzzifier

with the standard settings.

17. Apply -- Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools

Blend Emboss with the default settings.

18. Deselect ( Ctrl+D).

19. Merge all layers.

20. Add a 1px white border.

21. PSP X: Adjust -- Digital Camera Noise Removal.

PSP 9: Adjust -- Photo Fix -- Digital Camera Noise Removal -

IMPORTANT: You must use these settings for this tutorial:

21. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Xero -- Porcelain,

with these settings, if you want the same results

as in the example tag:

22. Add your watermark.

Merge all layers.
