MATERIALS NEEDED:

Download the supplies here

FILTERS NEEDED:

Screenworks.

Download the filters here

Safe the mask in your Masks folder.

Open all the supplied images in PSP.

 

Ok, we're ready to begin :)

 

 

1.Open a new canvas, size 600x450px.

Fill with the color # ede5d2.

 

2. Layers -- Load/Save Mask --

Load Mask From Disk.

Find the 'nik eye or the herricane'-mask

and apply.

         .

3. Merge all layers.

 

4. Add a new raster layer.

 

5. Selections -- Select All.

 

6. Open the party mist tube.

Copy and paste it into the selection.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 40% in your Layers palette.

Deselect ( Ctrl+D).

 

7. Open the 'discovery'tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Position it nicely in the left corner.

Reduce the opacity to 50%.

 

8. Merge all layers.

Add a 2px black border.

Duplicate.

 

9.  Lock the top layer in the Layers palette.

Highlight (activate) the bottom layer.

 

10. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Screenworks -- Light Gauze.

 

 

11. Unlock the top layer.

Reduce this size to 85% with

'Resize All Layers' NOT checked. :)

 

12. Layers -- Merge -- Merge All.

 

13. Apply Effects -- 3D Effects -- Buttonize

with these settings below:

 

 

14. Open the Mozart-tube.

Copy and paste as a new layer.

Position it in the left corner as seen

in the example.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 79%.

 

15.Open the text.

Copy and paste as new layer.

Position it nicely at the bottom.

 

16. Merge all layers.

Reduce the image size to 85%

with 'Resize All Layers'-option now checked.

 

You're finished :)
