Okayyyyy, let's do
it ! :)
Save your brush in
your Brush folder or import it in PSP.
Save the gradient in
your Gradients folder.
Open all the other
images in PSP.
1. Open in a new
transparent canvas, size
600 x 450px.
Fill with the
'winni grad.2.8a'- gradient
with these settings:
Please note that you
must also choose a nice Texture
for this.

2. Merge all layers.
3. Open the island
tube.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
4. Open the tube of
the ship.
Copy and paste onto
the canvas again.
Position it at the
lower right corner of the canvas.
Change the opacity
of this layer to 65%
in your Layers
palette.
5. Open the lady
tube.
Copy and paste as
new layer.
Position it to the
left.
Drag it a bit down,
since the tube is a little big.
Change the opacity
of this layer to 65%.
6. Lock the bottom
layer in the Layers palette.
Highlight one of the
other layers
and merge them all
visible.
7. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects --
FM Tile Tools --
Blend Emboss
with default
settings.
8. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects -- Xero -- Porcelain
with these settings:

9. Unlock the bottom
layer
and merge all layers
visible.
10. PSP X:
Adjust -- One Step Noise Removal.
11. Add a new raster
layer.
12. Activate your
Brush Tool.
Find the 'agi beauty'-
brush
and apply in black
to the
bottom right corner
of the canvas.
13. Add your
watermark.
14. Merge all
layers.
15. Selections --
Select All.
Selections -- Modify
-- Contract by 10px.
16. Selections --
Invert.
17. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects -- Xero -- Fritillary
with the default
settings.
18. Apply -- Effects
-- Edge Effects -- Enhance.
19. Apply Effects --
3D Effects -- Outer Bevel
with these settings:

20. Deselect ( Ctrl
+D).
21. Add a 1 px black
border.
22. Reduce the image
size to 85%
with "Resize All
Layers" checked.
Your blend tag is
finished :)
