MATERIALS NEEDED:

FILTERS NEEDED:

FM Tile Tools

Xero

Penta.com

Sandflower  here

(NOTE: Import it into IC Net Software's Filters Unlimited)

Safe the brushes in your Brushes folder,

or import them into PSP if you like.

The picture frame is a standard frame in PSP X.

 

Open all the zipped images in PSP.

 

Okay, let's do it !!

 

1.Open a new transparent canvas, size 600 x 450px.

Fill with black.

 

2.Open the bord tube.

Copy and paste as new layer.

Drag it to the top left of the image.

 

3. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools

Blend Emboss -- standard.

 

4. Open the lady tube.

Copy and paste as new layer.

Position it at the bottom right.

 

5.  Apply Effects -- Filter Effects --

FM Tile Tools -- Blend Emboss - default.

 

6. Merge all layers.

 

7. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Xero -- Porcelain

with the default settings.

 

8. PSP X: Adjust -- One Step Noise Removal.

PSP 8 and 9: Adjust -- Photo Fix -- Digital Camera Noise Removal,

with the default settings.

This step always gives a nice effect.

 

 

9. Go to Image -- Picture Frames --

Find the 'Transparent 02' (standard in PSPX)

and apply with these settings:

 

10. Highlight the frame-layer in your Layers palette.

 

11. Apply Effects -- Filter Effects -- Penta.com -- Jeans

with the default settings.

 

12. Merge layers visible.

 

13. Apply -- Effects -- Filter Effects --

Filters Unlimited -- Sandflower -- Color Atmospherizer

with the standard settings.

 

14. Select the two borders with your Magic Wand.

 

15. Repeat the Penta.com -- Jeans effect.

 

16.Apply Effects -- 3D Effects -- outer Bevel

with these settings:

 

17. Add  a new raster layer.

 

18. Change your foreground color to black

and the background color to white.

 

19. Activate your Brush Tool.

Find the brush 'Agi wb fragilehart'.

Change the 'Rotation' option of the brush to 334.

 

20. Add a new raster layer.

 

21. Apply the brush to the bottom left in your background color first.

Drag it a little bit down  - see example.

Apply it once again with the black - see example.

 

22.  Apply Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop shadow

with these settings:  -1,-1,100,2 color black.

 

23. Add a new raster layer.

 

24. Activate the Brush Tool again.

Find the 'Agi textuur'- brush.

Apply it once on the right - see example.

 

25. Add your watermark.

 

26. Merge all layers.

Reduce the image size to 80%

with 'Resize All Layers' checked.

 

You're finished :)
