MATERIALS NEEDED:

FM Tile Tools

Xero

Download the filters here

Save the frame in your PSP Frames folder

Open all the images in PSP.

 

Let's begin ;-)

 

 

 

 

1.Open  a new canvas, size 600 x 450 px.

Fill with the color  #d8ccd0.

 

 

2. Layers -- Load/Save Mask -- Load Mask from image.

Apply.

 

3. Layers -- Merge Group.

 

4. Apply a drop shadow

with these settings:

4, 4, 41, 10.00, black.

 

5. Merge all layers.

 

6.Open the cottage tube.

Copy and paste as new layer onto the canvas.

Position it in the top right corner

with your Mover Tool.

Change the opacity of this layer to 50%

in your Layers palette.

 

7.Open the mill-tube ( thank you Anne! ).

Copy and paste as new layer onto the canvas.

Position it nicely in the top left corner.

Change the opacity if this layer to 50% again.

 

8.Open the fisherman tube.

Copy and paste.

Change the opacity to 50%.

Drag it to the bottom of the canvas.

 

9. Merge all layers.

 

10. Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -- Blend Emboss - standard.

 

11.Adjust -- One Step Noise Removal ( PSP X )

 

 

12. Effects -- Filter Effects -- Xero -- Porcelain - standard.

 

13. Add a 2 px black border.

 

 

14.Duplicate this layer.

 

15. Effects -- Filter Effects -- Screenworks -- Boxed Dot - standard.

Change the opacity of this layer to 10%

 

16. Merge all layers.

 

17.  Reduce the image size to 85%,

with 'Resize All Layers' checked.

 

 

18. Image -- Picture Frame -- Edge Design 01.

Apply with these settings:

 

19. Selections -- Float.

Selections -- Defloat.

 

20. Fill it with this color #d8ccd0.

 

21. Still on the frame.

Repeat step 15.

Change the opacity of this layer to 20%

 

22. Deselect ( Ctrl +D).

Merge all layers.

 

23.  Copy and paste your text now.

Position it to the bottom left.
