FM Tile Tools

Fotomatic's Skygrad

Jeux de lignes's Entrelacement

Download the filters here

This tutorial was written for PSP X

but can be done in any other versions as well.

Open all your tubes in PSP.

Save the mask in your masks folder

and let's begin ;-)

 

1. Open a new transparent image, size 600 x400 px.

Fill with the color #c0c0c0

 

2. Go to Layers -- Load /Save Mask -- Load Mask from Disk.

Find the 'Nik-pickupstix'- mask and apply.

Delete mask layer in your Layers palette and merge group.

 

3. Go to Effects -- 3D Effects -- Drop Shadow.

Apply a drop shadow

with these settings: 1,1,70,1

 

4. Merge all layers.

Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools --

Blend Emboss and apply with the standard settings.

 

5. Open the 'raz2005_Misted_NewYorkCity.psp' image.

Copy and paste as new layer onto the canvas.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to 'Luminance(Legacy)'.

 

6. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools -- Blend Emboss

and apply again with the standard settings.

 

7.Open the 'planeet sarah.png' image.

Copy and paste as new layer onto the canvas.

Drag it to the top left corner of the canvas.

 

8. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- FM Tile Tools

-- Blend Emboss

and apply with the standard settings.

 

9. Open the 'PatryMists_Zooey.psp' lady tube.

Copy and paste onto the canvas as new layer.

Position it in the bottom of the canvas with your Mover tool.

 

10. Merge all layers.

 

11. Reduce the image size to 85%.

Make sure the "Resize All Layers" -option is checked.

 

12. Add a 12 pixel white border.

 

13. Add a 15px border in this color: c0c0c0.

 

14. Select the border with your Magic Wand.

 

15. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- Jeux de lines --Entrelacement

and apply with the standard settings.

Deselect.

 

16. Add a 2 pixel white border.

 

17. Go to Effects -- Filter Effects -- Fotomatic -- Skygrad

and apply with these settings:

 

Add your watermark or name

and your tag is finished :)
