MATERIALS NEEDED:

FILTERS NEEDED:
Flaming pear'S Kyoto colour
Xero
Border Mania
Download the filters here
The colors in this
tutorial is defined
by the color results
from the Kyoto Filter effects.
Open all the images
in PSP.
Safe the mask in
your Mask folder.
Let's begin ;-)
1. Open a new
transparent canvas, size 600x450px.
Flood fill with #8c9ead.
2.
Effects -- Texture Effects -- Blinds
and apply with
theses settings:
3, 45, color white,
'Light from Left' checked.
3. Go to Effects --
Filter Effects --Xero -- Fritillary
and apply with the default settings.
4. Add a new raster
layer.
5. Selections --
Select All.
6. Open the 15450
jpg image.
Copy and paste into
the selection.
7. Selections --
Select None.
8. Layers --
Load/Save Mask -- Load Mask from Disk.
Find the ' Nik-3sheets to the wind'.
Apply with
'transparency inverted'checked.
9. Layers -- Merge
-- Merge Group.
10. Apply Effects --
3D Effects -- Drop Shadow.
with these settings: 1-1-100-1 color black.
11. Apply Effects --
Texture Effects -- Blinds
with the
same settings as in step 2.
13. Merge all
layers.
14. Effects --
Filter Effects -- Border Mani -- Frame 2
with these settings:
4-4-110-130.
15. Open the lady
tube.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
Position it in the
lower right corner
as seen in the
example.
16. Merge all
layers.
17. Apply Effects --
Filter Effects --
Flaming Pear --_Kyoto
Colour
with these settings:

18. Adjust --
Softness -- Soft Focus -
with these settings:

20. Go to Effects --
Filter Effects -- Xero Porcelain
and apply with these settings:

21.Open the text
tube.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the canvas.
Position it in the
upper right corner.
Reduce the opacity
of this layer to 40%.
22. Go to Effects --
Filter Effects -- Xero Porcelain.
Apply with the same
settings as in step 20.
23. Add your
watermark.
24. Merge all
layers.
Reduce the image
size to 75.
Your blend is
finished :)
