FILTERS NEEDED:
Greg's Factory Output II,
ScreenWorks
Eye Candy 3

Change the foreground color to #265279,
background color to #000000.

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 650x450 pixels.
Fill with the foreground color.

2. Effects - Filter Effects - Filter Greg's Factory Output Poolshadow all slidebars on 50 bottom two on 128.

3. Effects - Texture Effects - Fur:

4. Sharpen 1 or 2x.

5. Selections - Select All.
Selection - Modify - Contract by 100.

6. Selections - Modify -
Select Selection Borders:

7. Add a new layer and fill with the foreground color.

8. Effects - Filter Effects - Eye Candy Swirl:

9. Sharpen 1 or 2x.

10. Selections - Select All.
Selection - Modify - Select Selection Borders but change border width to 3.

11. Add a new raster layer.
Fill with the foreground color.
Make sure you fill both borders.

12. Deselect.

13. Filter ScreenWorks Close Knit.
Sharpen 1 or 2x.

14. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow: 2 2 70 2,00.

15. Open the man tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer.

16. Erase the parts falling outside the edge
with the Eraser tool as seen below:

Leave the arm with the watch intact.

17. Open the lady tube, resize to 200 pixels wide.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Move it to the top as seen in the tag example.
Change the opacity of this layer to ± 65.

18. Merge layers.

19. Add border: 'Symmetric'= not checked:
Left, right and top 0
Bottom - 50
Color black.

20. Select with your Magic Wand and fill with the foreground color.

21. Repeat steps 10 to 14.

22. Copy this border and paste it onto the canvas.
Arrange it pricely on the the bottom edge.

23. Change the layer opacity to 55% in the Layers palette.

24. Duplicate this layer in the Layers palette.
Drag the layer to the top in the Layers palette.

25. Merge layers visible.

26. Image - Add Borders:
1 px black.
10 px foreground color,
1 px black

27. Effects - 3D Effects - Buttonize:

28. Add some text of your own choice in a nice font
and your image is finished :)

You will have to make 2 additional background
if you want to use the script.
