FILTERS NEEDED:
Greg's Factory OutputII
Dragonfly Sinedot II.
ScreenWorks

Change the foreground color to #FF0000,
background color to #000000.

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 650x500 pixels.
Fill with black.

2. Effects - Filter Effects - Sinedot II:

3. Image - Mirror.

4. Add a new layer.

5. Repeat the Sinedot - effect with the same settings.
It will be applied to a transparent layer.

6. Image - Mirror.

7. Open the eye - tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer,
don't move it anywhere.

8. Merge layers visible.

9. Add border: 20px foreground color.

10. Select the border with your Magic Wand.

11. Effects - Geometric Effects - Spherize:

12. Deselect.

13. Erase the red speckles as shown below:

14.Click with the Magic Wand in the red border.

15. Effects - Filter Effects - Greg's Factory Poolshadow - standard.

16. Selections - Modify -
Select Selection Borders: 'Inside', 'Anti-alias' should be checked
and the border width = 3.

17. Add a new raster layer and fill with the foreground color.
Deselect.

18. Effects - Filter Effects - ScreenWorks Close Knit.
Sharpen 1x.

19. Merge layers visible.

20. Duplicate this layer in the Layers palette.

21. Image - Resize to 77%:- 'Resize All Layers' = not checked.

22. Merge layers.

23. Open the flower tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer,
move it to the bottom left corner.

24. Merge layers.

Another example:

You will have to make 2 additional background
if you want to use the script.
