 No made the tube.

Filter: Simple

Change the foreground color to #588277,
background to #125D51.
Change the foreground to gradient:

1. Open a new canvas, size 900x450 pixels.
Fill with the gradient.

2. Effects --> Edge Effects --> Enhance More.

3. Filter Simple Blitz - standard.

4. Effects --> Image Effects --> Seamless tiling:



5. Effects --> Edge Effects --> Enhance.

6. Activate your Pen Tool:


7. Draw similar lines as in the tag example while keeping the Shift key pressed down.

8. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow: 2 2 90 2,00.

9. Sharpen 2x.

10. Open the fantasy figure tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Position it to the left.

11. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow: 2 2 70 15,00.
Repeat with V & H on minus 2.

12. Sharpen 1x.

13. Open the scrapset elements: the square with the rope and stars.
Adjust --> Hue and Saturation:  97 45.

14. Copy and paste onto the canvas and arrange
it into position.

15. Use your Eraser Tool to erase some of the chain away:


16. Activate the  square label in the Layers palette and apply the same drop shadow as in step 11.

17. Add some text in the square.
Apply a drop shadow: 1 1 90 2,00.

18. Merge all layers.

Your tag is finished.
You need an additional 3 background for the script.
