The tubes were made by Filly, Suzi Sgai and Marif.
Filters: Two Moon
Change the foreground color to #8F9195,
background to #C6CEDE,
and change the foreground to gradient,
with these settings:

1. Open the lady tube and remove the watermark.
2. Change your Selection tool to Ellipse.
3. Draw an ellipse around the lady.
4. Selections --> Invert.
Selections --> Modify --> Select Selection Borders: both
'Both Sides' and 'Anti-alias' should be checked.
Width - 2.
5. Add a new layer and fill with a silver pattern.
6. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow: 2 2 70 15,00.
Repeat with V & H on minus 2.
7. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:

8. Deselect.
9. Lock the lady layer in the Layers palette.
Activate the top layer (highlight in blue)
10. Click inside the ellipse.
Selections --> Modify -->Expand by 12.
11. Add a new layer and fill with the gradient.
12. Effects --> Filter Effects --> Two Moon --> Wish it would Rain:
slidebars on: 97 62 35.
13. Change the opacity of this layer to 24% in the Layers palette.
14. Drag the lady layer to the top in the Layers palette and unlock
it.
15. Merge layers visible.
Deselect.
Sharpen 1x.
16. Resize to 450 pixels in height.
17. Open a new transparent image, size 600x450
and fill with the gradient.
Image --> Mirror.
18. Duplicate this layer in the Layers palette.
19. Repeat steps 12 and 13.
20. Merge layers visible.
21. Activate the ellipse image.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto the new canvas.
Drag it to the left.
22. Open the roses tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Position it in the top right corner.
23. Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Colorize: 68 51.
Sharpen 1x.
24. Drag this layer to the bottom in the Layers palette.
25. Open the candles tube.
26. Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Colorize: 68 51.
27. Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Hue Map:
Saturation Shift on -100
Lightness Shift on 60.
See below:

28. Sharpen 2x.
29. Merge all layers when you're happy with your image.
30. Change the foreground color to #332E38.
31. Add a 1px border in the foreground color.
Add a 1 px border in the background color.
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with a silver pattern.
Deselect.
Add a 1 px border in the foreground color.
You're finished! :-))
You need an additional 2 background tiles
if you want to use the script.
