 Supplies: here.
 The tubes were made by Crystal, DeniseWorisch and others.

Filters: None.

Change the foreground color to #8C7B84,
background to #FBF2E3.





1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 535x380px.
Fill with the foreground color.

2. Open the tube with the buildings.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.
Postion at the top.
Sharpen 1x.

3. Add a new layer.
Draw a rectangled selection as seen below:




4. Fill the selection with the foreground color

5. Effects --> Texture Effects --> Weave:



6. Selections --> Modify --> Select Selection Border - both sides 2.

7. Add a new layer and fill with the foreground color.


8. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:



9. Deselect.

10. Change the opacity of layer 3 in the Layers palette to 28%.
( It is the step 5 layer)


11. Merge layers visible.

12. Add a 30px border in the background color.


13. Select this border with the Magic Wand.

14. Change the foreground color to gradient:



15. Add a new layer.
Fill with the gradient.
Deselect.


16. Effects --> Texture Effects --> Mosaic Glass:



17. Sharpen 1x.

19. Open Crystal's tube.
Adjust --> Hue and Saturation --> Colorize: 241-51.


20. Resize to 230 in height.
Copy and paste it onto the canvas.
Position it in the left bottom corner.

21. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 30%
in the Layers palette.

22. Open the lady tube.
Colorize it as in step 19.

23. Resize to  300px high.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.
Position it in the bottom right corner.


24. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow: 2 2 70 15,00.
Repeat with  -2 -2 70 15,00.

25. Sharpen 1x.

26. If everything is positioned where you like it,
merge the layers.


27. Add borders:

28. Lock the foreground color.
Add a text of your choice.

29. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow:  2 2 70 5,00.
Sharpen 1x.

30. To use the script the image size should be 605x450.

Your tag is finished.
You need to make 2 additional backgrounds if
you want to use the script.

NOTE!
The image has to be filled in 2x in the script.
