Supplies:

Crystal made the couple tube.
Jeanette downloaded the Paris image from the internet.
Don't open the Cupido image in PSP!!
It is used in the script.
Filters:
Gregs Factory Output II
Screenworks
Change the foreground color to #4B200D,
background to a gold pattern.
1. Open a new canvas, 600x450px, foreground color.
2. Open the Paris image.
Selections --> Select All.
Selections --> Modify --> Contract by 15.
Selections --> Invert.
3. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:

4. Deselect.
5. Copy and paste the image onto the canvas.
Drag it to the top.
6. Use the Selection Tool on Rectangle to draw
a selection as shown below:

7. Activate the background layer in the Layers palette
(highlight in blue).
Effects --> Filter Effects -->
Screenworks --> Block Tile.
Sharpen 1x.
8. Repeat step 3.
Deselect.
Merge all layers.
9. Click with the Magic Wand in the bottom brown area.
Effects --> Filter Effects -->
Greg's Factory Output Vol II --> Poolshadow:standard.
Deselect.
10. Open the couple tube.
Copy and paste onto the canvas.
Merge all layers.
11. Lock the foreground color.
Type your text in the 'Algerian'-font, size 22.
12. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Drop Shadow:2 2 70 5.00.
Repeat with: -2 -2 70 5,00.
Sharpen 1x.
Deselect.
13. Selections --> Select All.
Selections --> Modify --> Contract by 2.
Selections --> Invert.
Fill the selection with the gold pattern.
Deselect.
You're finished :-)
You will have to make 2 additional backgrounds
if you want to use the script
(1 for the background and 1 for the side table).
The cupid is included in the zip.
Scroll way down in the script to fill in the cupid image :)
