Over the years I have lived in a variety of places around the world. Here are just a few pictures and links to some wonderful pages
July3, 2000 So what have I been doing since my last update? Do I have pictures of the wonderful places around the island or articles about the wonderful cultural experiences you can enjoy while living in Japan? No. What I do have, however, is a selection of screen shots I have taken from various Japanese commercials :-) Why you may ask. Well I always think one of the best things about living overseas is seeing the ordinary side of life - and TV is about as ordinary as you can get. So for the fun of it, and since I just got a new TV video input card, I've put up a few screen shots of some 'typical' Japanese commercials. May 5, 2000 Well this is the first time in a while that I have updated this page but now that I've done it I hope you like what you see. Today was the day of the Annual Dragon Boat Race at Aja Port in Okinawa. Of all the years I have been on the island this is the first time I have been able to make it to these races. I had a great time and, hopefully, got some good pictures. I don't really know what Prefecture or team won but it was a great site to see.
