Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

- Root Beer Float: 12 oz. can of diet root beer and add one 1/2
cup of low fat vanilla ice cream, suxch as Edy's/Breyer's or Healthy
Choice. Sip with a straw. Calories: 120
- Frozen Banana: Peel a ripe banana and cover in 2 tbsp. of
Hershey's Chocolate syrup. Place on a sheet of wax paper and put in
the freezer for 2-4 hours. Take out and enjoy for a cool, refreshing
dessert. Calories: 200
- "Homemade" Apple Pie: Slice up an apple into thin pieces, place
into a microwave-safe dish with 1 tbsp. of water and 1 tbsp. mixture of
cinnamon, ginger, and sugar. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until
apple is soft. Toast two slices of a whole wheat bread and add 1
tbsp. of reduced fat ricotta cheese (or light cream cheese) to each.
Place apple slices on top and enjoy! Can be eaten with a knife and

- Angel Food Cake: Slice an angel food cake into 6 pieces.
Take one piece and add 3 tbsp. of crushed pineapple and 3 tbsp. of lite
whipped topping, such as Cool Whip. Calories: 220
