In the middle of the night, Taina woke up to a thud. She looked at the floor and there was Keshia. Keshia started cursing then she saw Taina. They both started laughing quietly.
T: That's good for you.
K: Shut up. I don't want Brian to wake up and find out that I fell off the bed.
T: Se, that's why I'm happy with the bottom.
K: Shut up.
Taina helped Keshia up and they went in the kitchen area and started laughing some more. After a while, they went back to sleep. The next morning, Taina and Keshia woke up at the same time and went to the back of the bus. Everyone else was awake.
KR: It's about time you two woke up. It's 12:44.
T: I was tired last night.
B: Keshia, are you okay?
K: Yeah why?
B: Well, because you fell ut of your bunk pretty hard.
T: You were awake?
KR: We all were.
Taina started laughing.
K: Shut up.
H: Well, you two have to get ready.
K: Why?
H: We're taking you guys out.
K: Where?
H: You'll see when you get there.
So Taina and Keshia got ready. Taina was still in a towel when Nick stepped into the bunk area.
N: OOPS! I'm sorry.
T: That's ok. I'm air-drying. Where are we going?
N: You'll see.
T: What am I gonna wear?
N: Clothes, hopefully.
T: Funny. Get out. I'm gonna change.
So Taina finished getting dressed and the driver told everyone to get on the bus so that they could get going. They ended up going to an arena in Disney Land.
K: What are we doing in Disney Land?
KR: We're having a mini-concert to start the tour.
So they went to the stage door and the guys did their sound check. They had a little time before the concert started and Nick was hungry so they decided to go back on the bus to eat. They guys went on first and all they heard were blood curdling screams. Then the guys went running off the bus.
H: SECURITY!!!!!!
Their security guards came and took the out-of-control fans away. When the coast was clear, they went back on the bus. It was a while before their gofer came back with the food. As they sat and ate, they kept hearing a knocking sound.
K: Where the hell is that coming from?
B: It sounds like it's coming from the bunks.
So they went to investigate. When they opened the door next to the bunk, a girl covered from head to toe in BSB clothes stepped out.
GIRL: Thank you so much. I've been in there for what seems like hours.
K: Your not even supposed to be on our bus.
GIRL: I know but, I just had to meet you guys.... Who are they?
She was talking about Taina and Keshia.
T: I won the contest to go on tour with the BSB, and this is my guest.
GIRL: You guys are sooo lucky. I sent in about 200 entry forms. I wanted to win so badly.
T: Well we made a team effort. We each sent in about 300 entry forms and entered online about 250 times so one of us had a better chance of winning.
GIRL: Man, I wish I was you.
N: I'm sorry but, you have to leave the bus.
GIRL: Can I at least take a picture with ya'll and get your autographs?
A.J.: Sure.
So they took pictures and signed autographs and she got of the bus. After that, the guys checked for any other fans. There weren't any. By that time it was 6:00 p.m. Since they already ate, they stopped at an empty parking lot. Taina and Keshia sat down in some shade while the guys played basketball. After a long while, they stopped playing. They sat down and talked to the girls.
H: You two sent in a lot of entry forms to get here.
T: Well, we really wanted to meet you.
After a few minutes, the guys decided to play more ball. Keshia decided to play too. Taina was still sitting down.
N: Aren't you gonna play?
T: No.
B: Why not?
K: She can't play.
T: Shut up.
N: I'll teach you.
T: Thank you. See.... some people can be nice......
She was looking at Keshia when she said that.
K: Shut up.
At that moment, it started to rain. Everyone ran to the bus but, it was locked. They all started banging on the bus. No one answered. There was no where to hide from the rain so they all separated to find shelter. Keshia and Brian ran towards some park. They found a little bit of shade. It wasn't enough but, it would have to do. Taina and Nick saw a door and decided to try that. The other guys ran into other places. Taina and Nick were looking around at what they saw. It was an old shed that held old amusement park parts in it. They went over to where there were those twirling seat things and sat down. They tried to dry off as best as they could but, it was too cold in there. At first, they sat down in different seats. When Nick saw that Taina was shivering, he sat down next to her.
N: Is that better?
T: A little.
Then he put his arm around her.
N: Is that better now?
T: Yeah.
A while passed in silence. Then Nick pulled away from her. He looked at her like he just realized something about her.
T: What?............... What? Stop looking at me like -
N: You owe me a kiss.
T: What?
N: You owe me a kiss. Two in fact.
T: Why are you bringing that up now?
N: I'm bored. I know you were hoping that I'd forget. Since we're alone, I thought I'd occupy my time.
He leaned in and his lips touched hers. Then after about 20 seconds, he pulled away.
T: Hmmmm.... Well... That was....... Nice.
N: You owe me a French too.
T: But-
Just as she opened her mouth, he kissed her again and placed his tongue in her mouth. They kissed like that for a while. She really got into it. So did he. After what seemed like forever, he pulled away from her. Meanwhile, Brian and Keshia went into an old tool shed that had old, rusty tools in it. The two of them wrung their clothes out as best as they could and found a place to sit down.
K: Where the hell is the driver?
B: I don't know. He'll be back in an hour or so.
K: An hour!?!
B: Don't worry about it.
A while passed in silence and Keshia started to pace.
B: Are you cold?
K: Yeah.
B: Come here.
Keshia walked up to him and he took her hands in his and pulled her down gently so that she was sitting next to him. He put his arms around her and started to rub her back and arms to get her warmer, faster.
B: Are you getting warmer?
K: Yeah.
They stayed cuddling.
K: Brian?
B: Yeah?
K: Why did you kiss me last night?
B: I don't know. It just felt right at the time- the idea of you and me.
K: Oh. And now that you have experienced a little of what it feels like?
B: I don't know. I haven't thought about it.
Silence. After five minutes.......
B: Keshia?
K: Yeah?
B: Will you look at me please?
She looked at him and he leaned down and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around him as the kiss grew deeper. After a while, they pulled apart. They were speechless. There were no words so they just stared at each other.
