The next day, Kevin went into The room Taina and Keshia were sharing and told them that they were leaving that afternoon. So Taina and Keshia did their morning stuff and went to go get the rest of their things. Unfortunately for them, Brian and Nick were in the rooms. Nick was playing videogames but stopped when Taina walked in.
N: Hi.
T: Hello.
N: ................. I missed you.
T: Same here........ Look um......... I just came t get the rest of my stuff. Shouldn't you be packing?
N: Finished.
T: Oh.
So Taina went to the closet to get the rest of her things. Nick just watched her.
N: Look, I'm really sorry. Please just talk to me. I miss that the most.
T: I want to but.....
N: But what?
T: But it hurts okay! Everytime I see you, all I think about is the fight then I don't know what to say and it's hard. I miss you so much. It's.........It's just hard and it hurts.
She turned around but Nick grabbed her arm and turned her back around. He leaned down and kissed her.
T: I.... I.... I.... I have to go.
She could not say the words but, she felt them. Meanwhile, Keshia was in Brian's room and was fixing up her things.
B: How have you been?
K: I've been okay.
B: Where have you been?
K: Taina and I have been sharing a room.
B: Oh. I missed you.
K: Same here.
B: I wish you would just talk to me like you used to.
K: I wanted to but I couldn't.
B: Why?
K: Because I felt bad about it.
B: Well, you know you can talk to me about anything.
By this tim he was standing right in front of her. They stared at each other for a long time. She thought to herself..
K: God I love you.
But she didn't realize that she said it out loud until she'd said it.
K: Oh shit!!!.... Um, I have to go.
She ran out of the room with tears in her eyes.
T: What's wrong?
K: I told Brian I love him.
T: WHAT!!!
K: I thoutght out loud. What the hell am I gonna do?
T: Play it off.
So they finished packing and went downstairs. They got in the van and Nick and Brian ended up sitting behind the girls. Then they got to the airport. They really didn't feel like talking to Nick and Brian so they listned to their walkmans. Eventually, Keshia started to feel nauseous from the lack of air. She took out her air bag and threw up.
B: Are you okay?
T: Shit.
K: I'll be fine.... I think.
Then she threw up again. She ate some epsom salts and started to feel better.
B: How are you feeling?
K: A bit better.
B: Maybe you should lay down.
K: Yeah but I really don'y want to be by myself right now.
B: I'll sit with you.
She really didn't want to be alone with him.
K: Okay.
She didn't know why she said it but she did. So they went to a row where no one was sitting. Brian sat in the seat at the end and she lay across the others with her head in his lap. Meanwhile, Taina's batteries ran out. She was about to chance them when she realized that they were in Nick's carry-on.
T: Damn it.
She wispered.
T: Uhhh, Nick, can I please have another set of batteries?
Nick sat there for a couple of seconds thinking.
N: If you answer me this one question.
T: What's the question?
N: Do you love me?
She just sat there for a couple of minutes.
T: Of course I do.
Then from the seat behind them, they heard "aaaawwwwww". When Taina turned around, Kevin and Howie were smiling.
T: Shut up!!
So Nick gave herthe batteries and she went back to listening to music. She felt a lot better now that she and Nick were speaking again. The rest of the flight was pretty good. Keshia started to feel a lot better and they had the bomb ass plane food. When they landed, they got their bags and went outside to the limo that would take them home. When they got in the limo, there was a gift box wrapped with wrapping paper with hearts. When keshia picked it up it said:

When they opened the packagesthere were little lockets inside. Inside the locket box was a note.
Dear Taina and Keshia,
Though we hate to admit it, we (you two and us) can never be. Your hearts belong to others. Please keep the lockets as a token of friendship and please put the picture of the ones you love inside.

T: Mine...... And maybe Nick's.
He looked shocked. Then he looked like something hit him.
N: Taina, can I talk to you for a minute?
T: Sure.
They went into another room. (They had arrived at a hotel and checked in already.)
T: What is it?
N: When I asked you if you love me, did you mean it like you love Keshia as a sister or like my mom loves my dad?
She didn't answer.
N: When you were in my room in australia, that's what you were tryng to tell me. You love me.
Silence.
N: It is isn't it? After all these weeks, you've come to love me.
T: Well.... Well.... Well....
N: Well?
T: Yes! Okay? I admit it! I, Taina Sampeur, love you, Nick Carter, like a wife loves a husband.
N: Thank you.
T: Why?
N: That's the best gift anyone has given me. And it's not even my Birthday.
T: Well, you're welcome.
He leaned down and they kissed.
N: I'll tell you what. Since we're not Boyfriend Girlfriend, we can date. I promise not to flirt with or date anyone else if you agree to the same.
T: I do.
N: Good.
They kissed again. Meanwhile, Brian pulled Keshia into another room.
B: Keshia, when you said you love me, did you mean it?
K: Yes.......No.........Well.....
B: Well?
K: Yes! I love you.
Brian started to flush. He hugged her to him.
B: I don't like it when you look at other people the way you used to look at me.
K: Okay...Since we aren't a "we", can't we just date?
B: I would really like that. You won't flirt with anyone else will you?
K: Not while I'm dating you. Would you flirt with anyone else?
B: You already know the answer to that question.
K: Good
So they kissed.
B: Thank you.
K: For what?
B: For telling me that you love me. I feel so special.
K: You are.
B: Well, thank you anyway.
K: Well, you're welcome.
They kissed again.
