Things were going perfectly between Nick and Taina as well as Keshia and Brian. That is of course until the new group who was opening for the concerts (Destiny) jumped into the picture. They were this new girl group. The people on the BSB bus met them on a Saturday. The following Saturday, it was obvious that Keshia and Taina had some competition. The other guys (excluding Nick and Brian) saw it but didn't say anything. The girl who wanted Nick was named Candy. The one who wanted Brian was Betsy. Brian and Nick were starting to spend more time with them. That made Taina and Keshia very jealous. One day, Candy and Betsy were hanging around on the bus with Nick and Brian. It was like Taina and Keshia were invisible. They couldn't take it anymore so, they decided to go out and be mad at Nick and Brian. They were about to leave when Kevin stopped them. He looked at them sympathetically because he knew about the situation.
KR: Where are you going?
T: To the park.
So they went to the park and acted like little kids, playing with little kids. When they got back to the bus, they were hungry and tired. They were happy to see that the girls left. Taina and Keshia went into the bunk area and changed for bed. Since it was still nice outside, Taina decided to sit outside to think and watch the stars. After a while, Nick went outside and sat down next to her.
N: Hey.
T: Hi.
N: What 'ya doin'?
T: Nothing.
N: Did you have fun today?
T: You actually noticed that I was gone?
N: Yeah. I missed you.
T: Oh. I couldn't tell with you and Candy all over each other.
N: Ok. So you're mad at me.
T: You know, you are so smart. You just read my mind like that.
N: Look, there is nothing going on between me and Candy.
T: Yeah, yeah..... Whatever.
She was string at the ground and Nick lifted her head so that he could look at her.
N: Listen. I don't like Candy...... I used to have this friend who one day met a girl. he didn't even know her for one hour and he broke his finger for just because she asked him to.
T: Ok.... So You're friend is an idiot.
N: No. Look, he liked her so much..... He just wanted to prove it to her.
T: So? What's the point of this story?
N: I don't like Candy.
T: You already said that.
N: I know. But I wouldn't break a nail for her. It's you I like. If you asked, I would break my arm.
Then he leaned down and they kissed. It was sweet and sensual. Meanwhile, Keshia was in her bunk sitting and thinking when Brian walked in. He sat next to her.
B: Hi.
She didn't answer.
B: How was your day?
No answer.
B: Why are you not talking to me?
K: Why don't you ask your new friend Betsy?
B: Betsy?..... Why would-.......Oh. You're mad because I've been spending more time with her than with you.
K: DING!! DING!! DING!! For your prize, you get complete avoidance.
B: Don't be like that. I'm sorry. I wanted to talk to you today but, you went out.
K: Whatever.
B: I like you. You are the one that I think about all the time.
K: Yeah.........Yeah...........Yeah....

He leaned down and they kissed. It was gentle and passionate and just got deeper and deeper. Back outside with Taina and Nick, they were still kissing. They pulled apart and looked at the stars for a while. Then they went back to the bunk area. He boosted her up into his bunk and then he joined her. They held each other until close they fell asleep. Meanwhile, Keshia and Brian pulled apart. They didn't even notice that Taina and Nick had gone into the bunk area. Then they went to Brian's bunk cause he didn't like the top bunk and they fell asleep.
