She was nominated for Emmy awards in 200 and 2001 for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series. This showing that her talents have been taken in by the crowd.
Deb started her career when she went to Brandeis University. She worked in London for a short time were she learnt about the dramatic arts. After graduating from Brandeis she then went to New York Universities acting programme and recieved a masters in Fine Arts.
During her career she has starred for two seasons in the comedy Ned & Stacey, also in NYPD Blue, Seinfield, Prey, and Jesus. She is now completing her role in "The Moth Man Prophecies" along side Richard Gere.
Now Debra lives with her husband in LA.
