Extra Credit will be a number of problem sets done in my classroom  after school.  Students will get guided practice in doing the same kinds of problems they will need to know for class.  Since they will be with me, I can give one-on-one help when needed, a hint or two, or push them in the right direction, depending on the situation.   

I am almost always in 255 after school until 3:45 (except on Tuesdays -- collaboration day).  Students who take advantage of this will upgrade their problem-solving skills AND pick up valuable extra credit points that will boost their grade.  There will be a new problem set each week.  

It must be completed in my room--no taking it home--no copying the answers from other students.

Extra Credit begins the week of September 8
