Important Announcement from the Feast Steward
Due to almonds doubling in price over the last couple of months, we
must make a feast substitution. In place of the "Armored Chicken" we
are substituting "Grilled Chicken marinated in wine and herbs".
Sorry for the inconvience and I hope everybody enjoys the new 2nd course.

First Remove
Sherried onion soup with saffron (a creamy onion soup flavored with saffron and brandy with ground almonds)
Pan Gallego (a Galician bread made with millet, sunflower & sesame seeds scattered about the inside for great texture)
Assorted fruits and cheeses
Second Remove
Grilled Chicken marinated in wine and herbs
Ensalada por Los Campesinos (peasant salad - onions, cucumbers and tomatoes in a light vinegrette served with crumbled feta cheese
on the side)
Palette cleanser of Sorbette de Limon (a crisp, clean, homeade lemon sorbet that will make your taste buds dance!)

Carne con Chocolate (a rich and hearty beef stew in a savory gravy of meat juices and chocolate)
